Communication Management Workshop (Joint Event with INAWWA and IWEA)

We are excited that our 2017 workshop between the Indiana Section AWWA and Indiana Water Environment Association will be held February 15, 2018 at the IWEA offices. During this year’s workshop, “Communication Management: A Critical Ingredient for your Organization”, attendees will engage in educational sessions, discussions and networking to enhance understanding of ways to effectively communicate within your organization and with your customers. During the morning session you will learn from your peers as they share their experiences in communicating with their customers. The afternoon will be a hands-on journey to a better understanding of people and what makes them think and act the way they do. The session will equip participants to be more effective communicators and leaders through understanding the various generations in the work place today.
Six hours credit are pending for wastewater, drinking water, and engineering.
