Presenter Scott Ham is the Manager of Silver Creek Water Corporation, where he has worked for 32 years. In Exam Cram 1, water operators will study subjects regarding basic water treatment and distribution, to further their knowledge in preparation for taking the certification exam. There will be interactive and high energy examples, flip charts and slides of useful information, that will cover both general and technical categories that follow IDEM’s guidance on proper practices.
