The Indiana Section AWWA’s Source Water Protection Committee is pleased to bring you the First Annual Source Water Symposium. Source water is the first of several barriers in the multi-barrier approach water utilities use to provide safe drinking water. However, water utilities face numerous challenges in protecting their sources of supply and thus meeting regulatory requirements. The Source Water Symposium will explore the benefits, challenges, realities, and partnership opportunities of building a successful source water protection program.
