The Indiana Section AWWA Southwest District will hold their Spring District Meeting May 4, 2016.  The event will be held at Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center in Crane, Indiana.

NOTE:  Pre-registration for this event IS REQUIRED due to Dept. of Navy security requirements.

Due to the security requirements of our host, the Department of the Navy, ALL ATTENDEES MUST COMPLETE the below form and submit it via email / fax to our office (megan.fleming@inawwa.org / 866.215.5966).  This must be submitted NO LATER THAN APRIL 13, 2016.  Failure to complete this form in advance means no admittance to the base and meeting.  Because of this additional security requirement, there will be no on-site registrations this year.
