The Southwest District will hold their Fall District meeting on September 16 at the St. Meinrad Archabbey Guest House and Retreat Center in Ferdinand.  Registration is NOW open. Plan now to join your peers from Southwest Indiana for this unique opportunity for informative educational sessions and peer networking.  Topics include personal protective equipment, remote pressure monitoring and leak detection, and Cla-Val automatic control valves.  We will also present this year’s Hurty Awards and have our Meter Madness competition.  You can register via the link below or print the Agenda / Registration form and mail, email or fax your registration.  Water CEUs are pending IDEM approval.  See you in St. Meinrad!

Following the morning’s educational session and lunch, attendees will be able to tour the Archabbey, including the main campus, the Archabbey church, Chapter Room, parts of the monastery and school, as well as a plant tour of Abbey Caskets.  This tour is not eligible for CEUs.

Meter Madness Competition  

We will have our meter madness competitions at each of the Fall District Meetings.  The winner at each District will represent their District at the competition held at our Indiana Section’s 2020 Annual Conference with the winner from that competition advancing to ACE20 in Orlando.  The 2019 meter is the Mueller 5/8-inch bronze positive displacement meter.  Sign up information and the link to order your practice meters can be found at the link below:
