Please join us for this free Webinar on WIFIA Panel / Webinar:  Innovative Financing to Address Water Infrastructure Needs and Accelerate Investment in Major Water Projects.   Recently enacted into law as part of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act (WRRDA), the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) is a brand new low-cost loan program for major water infrastructure projects.  It is modeled on the highly successful TIFIA transportation loan program.  WIFIA provides long-term loans at US Treasury interest rates for clean water and drinking water projects, as well as for Army Corps of Engineers projects.  For clean water and drinking water projects alone, it will help meet an investment need of more than $2 trillion over the next 25 years.  This webinar will bring together representatives of water utilities – the users of WIFIA – with experts in public private partnerships (P3s) and other public sources of capital – potential investors and partners in WIFIA.
